4 hrs response and, in the case that an engineer is needed on-site, this will happen within 8 hours of the initial response
1st and 2nd line diagnostic troubleshooting of Nortel/Avaya hardware and software problems.
We manage the manufacturer’s warranty and maintenance contracts in our customer’s behalf.
